First strike
0 = at the money (nearest ), k = the k-th strike below spot.
Level spacing
intervals between adjacent levels.

The first N levels are sold at start; each deeper level is sold once spot falls to the of the level above.
Entry: all at once
Every level is sold immediately.
Lot sizing
(base), linear (base·(1+k·f)), martingale (base·f^k), rounded down, minimum 1 lot.
Minimum premium
A level is only sold when its premium per unit is at least this.
Premium take-profit
Buy back once that % of the premium has decayed, book the profit, re-arm the level.
